About the Role:
Cybercommand is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive: with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand consultative selling, enterprise sales cycles, and relationship building, and are motivated by a strong performance-based earning model in local markets

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads)
  • Promote cybersecurity services including SOC, MDR, GRC, Pen Testing, Cloud Security & vCISO
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solutioning
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and sales reporting
  • Develop channel and partner-led opportunities where applicable
Eligibility Criteria:
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales / business development experience
  • Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle enterprise-level conversations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
